Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Today the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) issued its reasons for allowing the appeal of James Ramsahoye v Guyana Revenue Authority. The CCJ had heard and allowed the appeal on 26 November 2021.
