The St. Kitts Ministry of Tourism invites qualified consultants or firms to submit proposals for the development of a Carrying Capacity Analysis and Visitor Management Plan for St. Kitts.
Scope of Work Includes:
This consultancy will support sustainable tourism management by assessing visitor flows, capacity limits, and visitor management protocols for the destination and approximately six (6) key sites and attractions.
Key Deliverables
· Destination-wide carrying capacity analysis and visitor management plan
· Optimum, maximum, and minimum carrying capacity limits for selected sites
· 2-3 alternate capacity scenarios with consequences over time
· Site-specific management plans with actionable interventions
· A transferable monitoring system for local adoption and scaling
Submission Requirements:
Interested tenderers must submit:
· Technical proposal and methodology
· Detailed project budget
· Bios and CVs of key personnel
· Evidence of similar projects completed
· Example deliverables from previous projects
· At least three client references
